Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to make sure your candles are handled and shipped with care. However if your package arrives damaged we will exchange your damaged item for a new item as long as you email our customer care at: dearstorey@gmail.com with clear pictures of damaged items, within 3 days from receiving your package (ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS). Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line. We always encourage our customers to immediately open all packages as soon as they are received to ensure you get to enjoy your candles as soon as possible.

Should I always trim my wicks?
ABSOLUTELY! To ensure that you have the best optimal candle burn, we highly suggest that you trim your wicks before each burn. This allows the candle to melt evenly each time it's lit. Please refer to our candle care card for more suggestions on how to best care for your candles.

Shipping Information
Please allow 7-14 business days for your candles to arrive. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your candles have been shipped. If for some reason you have not received your order after 14 business days please email our customer service representatives at dearstorey@gmail.com, and allow at least 1 business day for a representative to respond.
